    We want you to feel confident in your MAYVÉE.

    If your purchase isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned in accordance with the policy below. Please review all return requirements before sending your item back.

    ELIGIBILITY

    To be eligible for a return:

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original MAYVÉE tags attached.

    • All swimwear hygiene liners must remain fully attached and intact. Swimwear returned without the original hygiene liner cannot be accepted.

    • Items must be free from signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration.

    • Please take care when trying on your MAYVÉE pieces. Items showing signs of makeup, deodorant, fragrance, lotions, self-tanner, stains, or other wear will not be accepted.

    • Items must be returned with their original packaging when applicable.

    • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

    • Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

    MAYVÉE reserves the right to decline a return that does not meet these requirements. Items that are not accepted may be returned to the customer.

    REFUNDS

    Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming whether your return has been approved.

    Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

    Please allow 7–10 business days after your return is received and approved for your refund to be processed. Your financial institution may require additional time for the refund to appear on your account.

    Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    HOW TO START A DOMESTIC RETURN

    1. Submit your return request
    Contact hello@mayveeofficial.com with your order number and the email address associated with your purchase.

    2. Receive return instructions
    Once your return request has been reviewed, you will receive instructions for sending your item back to MAYVÉE.

    3. Ship your return
    Package your item securely and ship it according to the instructions provided. We recommend keeping your tracking information until your return has been completed.

    4. Await confirmation
    Once your return has been received, inspected, and processed, we’ll send you an email confirmation.

    EXCHANGES

    Need a different size or style? Eligible exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

    All exchange items must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above.

    If your requested item is unavailable, we will contact you regarding your available options.

    DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@mayveeofficial.com.

    • Clear photos of the item and packaging

    Our team will review your request and work with you to make it right.

    FINAL SALE

    Items marked FINAL SALE at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.

    For hygiene reasons, certain swimwear or promotional items may also be designated as final sale. Any such restrictions will be clearly noted on the product page before purchase.

    INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

    International customers may request an eligible return within 14 days of delivery.

    Customers are responsible for international return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and other applicable fees unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    International shipping charges, duties, and taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable.
